Hello, Rent Receipts.
We distribute rent receipts to our current tenants suite door, annually, in February.
If you would like more information, please contact your Building Manager.
For our past tenants:
You can request rent receipts by emailing us. Please provide the leaseholder’s name, building address, suite number, and the year you require the receipt for. Receipts are emailed within one week.

Our team will keep you in the know by contacting you one month prior to your contract renewal.
Continue with a new month-to-month contract with us or sign another year contract and get 50% off your next month’s rent.
